We have chosen to start a development company in Cuba for many reasons, but the main reason is that we could not find anywhere else the combination of exceptional engineering talent, entrepreneurial spirit, and fair costs.

Our goal is to become the most influential Software house in the Caribbean by 2022. When driving this vision we align ourselves with our core values: trust, respect, and humbleness. We expect that whoever starts working with us, will never want to leave, both employees and customers. We would like that Cuban engineers are not forced to leave their homeland in order to contribute to the production of high-quality software for the world.

Every engineer in Cuba can apply to be part of the cuban.engineer platform and potentially become part of our exciting projects. Engineers can be invited from one of the existing users or just register with any of the mentioned social networks in order to apply for an account.
